Each shop on SabiMall is independent and sets their own returns policy. All sales are final unless stated in a store's FAQ. While most shops offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment, some shops returns policies may vary. You can find the return policy on the product page or the shop page of the Seller. Please note that the sellers may refuse accept a return if the item purchased was made according to your precise measurements (made-to-measure).
Any and all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the particular product or shop page, or agreed to by the shop, in its sole discretion. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you can contact the shop directly from the order history page in your account settings or from the shop's contact page.
If an item has been made and produced according to your exact measurements, the seller is under no obligation to accept a return, however we recommend that you message the seller to discuss your individual case as some may be happy to offer a refund.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment is made by clicking on the 'Cancel Order' button on the Order details page. After after placing your order and making payment, there is still time to change your mind before production has commenced or your order has been dispatched.
