On SabiMall, you can shop with confidence and peace of mind knowing that you are covered with our Purchase Protection, which guarantees that eligible purchases will be refunded if you have a problem with your order. Shoppers and sellers on SabiMall are eligible for SabiMall Purchase Protection and are automatically enrolled on the policy. You may request a refund for your purchase from a shop on SabiMall if the item you bought is not received, not as described, or damaged.
On SabiMall, payments to sellers are held until until you mark purchases as approved, or for up to three (3) days after the delivery has been successfully completed based on the tracking data from the delivery company. During this time, you can dispute an order with a seller in the following situations:
An item is only considered "not received" if it has not been received by you within 10 days after the expected delivery date provided by the delivery company.
On SabiMall, we cover refunds on your behalf for qualifying orders up to $250, so you can keep their earnings from sales when things happen outside of their control. We ensure that your sale is covered in the following situations:
To be eligible for protection, you must ship to a confirmed address with tracking information and also request a signature confirmation from the delivery company for orders above $200 USD (including shipping and taxes).

If a buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement on a dispute, the buyer can file a claim with SabiMall after 24 hours. For further details on the different situations that are covered, please read the Purchase Protection policies.
Whenever you have an issue with a purchase on SabiMall, the first step is to contact the seller to resolve it. The seller has three (3) days to respond to you and try to resolve your issue. If they do not respond or resolve the issue after three (3) days, you can escalate your case to have us step in. Contact us by completing the form here. We will require all records of your purchase, messages between you and the seller, along with any relevant documentation or details from the you and the seller for us to investigate your case. We'll typically respond within 48 hours.
To request a refund on SabiMall, you should log into your account and click on the "Refund" button in the top menu. Then click on the "Submit a Refund Request" button to submit a new refund request. Select the product you want to request a refund for and fill out a short form to specify the reason and optional details about the refund.
To return an item purchased on SabiMall, please first check the Return Policy specified in the product listing. You should contact the seller within the return period specified and follow their instructions for returning the delivered item. SabiMall does not facilitate product returns.
In cases where the item you receive is significantly different from what was ordered or as described, we will require you to ship the item back to the seller, SabiMall, or a third party, and you will be required to cover the shipping costs.

You should always contact the seller first to resolve your issue with a purchase. The seller has three (3) days to respond to you and try to fix your issue. If a seller or individual seller does not respond or resolve your issue after two working days, you can submit a claim for our review.
You must file a claim within three days (72 hours) from the date of delivery of your purchased product. If you never received your item, you must wait 10 days after the expected delivery date provided by the delivery company before filing a claim.
You must be in compliance with our terms and policies, to be eligible for Purchase Protection.
Our team will get back to you within 5 days to let you know if your request has been approved or not or if we need any further information. If we approve your request, in some situations, SabiMall may only offer a partial refund. Otherwise, the refunded amount will include the full purchase price of the item, tax and original shipping costs. Decisions on requests are made at our sole discretion.
Where appropriate, and in our sole discretion, we will offer you a refund as a gesture of goodwill. This mostly depends on your purchase history, including previous refunds requests and total amount of purchases made on SabiMall.
When using on-site checkout, you should first contact the seller to resolve your issue with a purchase. The seller has two working days to respond to you and attempt to resolve your issue.
If you file fraudulent requests for purchases made on SabiMall, we may temporarily suspend or terminate your account or access to our services.
