We verify each seller on SabiMall before a shop is opened and constantly monitor and adjust our requirements. Sellers will get paid only when you approve the purchase after you receive it or three (3) days after the delivery has been successfully completed based on the tracking data from the delivery company.
All SabiMall sellers go through a detailed application process to guarantee high quality items, and their items should reflect this quality standard in their photos and detailed description.

Our Made-to-order items are gowns that are produced only once an order is made. These items require production time and are dependent on the fabric and style, these will all be displayed on the product page and must be read and agreed to – prior to purchasing. The best way to recommend the correct size is to provide your bust, waist and hip measurements, we recommend having these done by a professional so that they are accurate. We recommend contacting the shop using the 'Send Message' button prior to placing an order so that they can assist in suggesting a size that's perfect for you.
Shops on SabiMall can offer coupons for sales or discounts on selected items whenever they choose to.
During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific coupon code and your discount will be applied to the qualifying products.

You can cancel an order if payment has not been made. To cancel your order on SabiMall, go to your Orders page. Find the order that you'd like to cancel and click on its "Details" button. On the order details page, you will see a "Cancel Order" button if your order can be cancelled. Click on this button to cancel your order. If there's a problem with your order, you can contact SabiMall to cancel an order even after payment has been made, but before it is shipped (excluding made-to-order and commissioned products). If after 3 days of making payment, your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by contacting us at customercare@sabimall.com straight away. In the event your items have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

To submit a refund request, make sure you're logged into your SabiMall account and visit this link or select Refund in the top menu. Click the "Submit a Refund Request" button, select the item you want a refund for and provide details. Shops on SabiMall handle support matters regarding such purchases directly, and their returns and refund policy will apply in most cases.
Refunds for returned items will be made after the item has been received and accepted by the shop as per their return policy. The order amount minus shipping costs will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process after the shop has received your refund request and accepted it. Please contact us if you need any assistance in obtaining your refund.

Before returning an item purchased on SabiMall, you will need to check the shop's return policy (available on the product page) and contact them directly using our messaging system. Not all shops on SabiMall accept returns.
On SabiMall, the shipping charges vary from shop to shop. Shipping on orders over USD 250 from a specific shop is free. A nominal shipping fee is charged for orders under USD 250. For most shops, cost of shipping is already included in the price of the shop's item, unless you select a special shipping option.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped by the seller. You can also check the status of your order in your SabiMall account. The status of your order will be updated to "Shipped" as soon as your order has been shipped.
For orders on SabiMall, the shop you purchase will ship your purchased items directly to you using their preferred delivery company.
The actual delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you have selected. For most locations, you will receive your order 3-7 days after the seller processes and fulfills your order.
Please keep in mind that the shipping time does not include the days it takes sellers to process and handle your order, which is specified on each shop's page.
